Description :: • Responsible for overall spectrum of R&D and QC & QA with ref to all technical perspectives.
• To lead a group of Technical Manager, Chemist to do new products, Lab Test product VA & VE & Cost Down activities.
• To establish TDS & MSDS
• Responsible to ensure FA and the incoming materials meets specification.
• To liaise closely with production department for any NC matters.
• To liaise closely with Procurement department for new sample testing on Cost Down activities & new products development.
• To manage validation of test method and verification of incoming chemical/materials
• To manage handle all customer complaints and responsible for corrective/preventive measures
• Responsible for Quality System requirement.
• To liaise with related statutory agency.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Chemistry, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good interpersonal skill, open minded, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and committed.
• Good analytical & leadership skills.
