Description :: - Source for raw materials, parts, office automation, sundries from both overseas and local manufacturer for subsidiaries under the group.
- Negotiate and ensure most competitive price and terms, shortest lead time & minimum order quantity if any.
-Prepare PO and follow through on competitive analysis selection and award to vendors.
Prepare Purchase Orders and get verification on acceptance from vendors.
-Ensure all purchases are delivered within the agreed lead time.
-Arrange delivery or collection of product from vendors & responsible in verification of products when received from vendors.
-Manage vendors on defectives goods return and replacement.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least Diploma
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/ Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
*Responsible to handle sourcing and cost reduction activity
*Good skill in negotiation
*Computer literate
*Able to work independently
*Able to speak &write in Mandarin & English
