Description :: 1. Source and develop new supplier resource and new solutions, according to project need.
2. Conduct RFQ and complete before deadline.
3. Supply Market study for related product category.
4. Cost Trend monitoring and Cost Optimization.
5. Participate sourcing strategy build up and review.
6. Supplier performance monitoring and management.
7. Follow up sample and FAI realization process and manufacturing.
8. Perform other duties as required by manager.
Requirements :: 1. Engineering education background preferred.
2. More than 4 years working experience in sourcing / procurement / supply chain functions.
3. Thorough understanding of manufacturing process and basic cost structure,
experience in multi-product categories is a plus.
4. Fluent English: oral communication and main communication.
5. Excellent analytical skill and communication skill.
6. Ability to meet deadlines, and to work independently without close supervision.
7. Positive attitude, willing to face and deal with challenges.
8. Curious and quick learner.
