Description :: -Review and approve work done by Accounts Executive (including any ad hoc adjustments)
-Prepare daily bank balance
-Create and maintain LC & BA documentation
-Forex revaluation on loan, receivables, and payables
-Bank reconciliation
-K1 form input and GST submission
-Review and approve claims submission (including credit card)
-Review and approve petty cash
-Salary reconciliation
-Attend discussion on project meetings
-Bi weekly payables meeting with Supply Chain
-Any ad-hoc jobs required by Manager
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
