Description :: •Planning and scheduling job timeline based on daily tracker information to ensure 3D orders are completed on time.
•Share weekly status updates of production progress to team members, client services and production management.
•Develop and implement strategic team plans to consistently improve team performance and efficiency.
•Write and recommend to Senior Cell Management new policies and procedures as needed.
•Administer company policies and procedures; insure all records are complete and accurate.
•Ensure all generated reports are correct and submitted in a timely manner.
Requirements :: •Candidate must be degree educated as a minimum.
•At least 5-10 years working experience in a related graphics production field is required for this position.
•Experience in the 3D arena is a must, although expert knowledge of the 3D software is not essential, but preferred.
•Sound analytical and job trafficking skills.
•Full-Time position available.
•Ability to manage a large team, across multiple shifts.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
