Description :: - Work cross-functionally between technical and non-technical teams
- Identify opportunities for procedural improvement through the development or enhancement of solutions in the team
- Understanding business operations, systems and requirements of the clients and translating them to specific software requirements
- Documenting and analysing the required information and data
- Translating requirements of the client into functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
- Determining the potential solutions and testing them for both technical and business compatibility
- Convincing and presenting proposals to the client, making sure that the solution recommended is commercial yet competitive
- Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs
- Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams
- Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
- Works with the software developers and other end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Planning a testing schedule and participate in testing of the proposed solution
- Supervising proper implementation of the proposed solutions
- Keeping knowledge up to date with technical sector developments in the industry
- To update and share knowledge with team members from time to time
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a Project Coordinator or similar roles
- Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to deliver to short lead times with changing priorities
