Description :: • To arrange general workers, sub-contractors and site work.
• To monitor site work progress and ensure timely completion of project.
• Liaison with Consultants, Sub Contractors, Trade Suppliers and Related Authorities.
• Site Checking and inspection with relevant parties after work has been done.
• To monitor and work within the cost budget for the project assigned and communicate to Project Director on any variations to the Contract.
• To prepare progress report to Project Directors.
Requirements :: • Qualifications: Diploma in Interior Design, Building, Quantity Surveyor or related field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field or Fresh graduates who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Must possess own transport. Allowance is provided.
• Must be willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently.
