- • End User Support: To give end user PC support and troubleshooting, to support windows platform and all other software application.
• Server Support: To make sure all server are running at the most efficient rate. Also to make sure user accessibility and virus scanning. Also to as the primary server support besides the maintenance supplier. Also to ensure network user maintenance are accurate and in order.
• IT Infrastructure maintenance: To ensure all IT infrastructure are in order and accessible at all time. Infrastructure inclusive of network printers, the internet link, server access, Anti-Virus update/ upgrade, Internet gateway Anti-virus scanning, emailing, firewall and other related devices.
• Network Support: To maintain a healthy computer networks and are utilize efficiently at all time. This also includes of Anti-Virus protection, Firewall setting and checking, Internet proxy and email communication devices.
• Communication System: To make sure the company email system are up at the most efficient rate. This includes the primary support for external and internal mail server. To make sure all users can access to their respective email at any time. Also to make sure communication security and virus treat.
• Software Licensing Control: To make all user are using the correct software licensing as per according to the invoice and license available. Also to make sure all company computer system is equipping with enough and correct software licenses. Also to propose software and application upgrade path.
• Management Reporting: Keep Management Information System Manager informed about key issues as well as other important activities and problems, for the purpose of management decisions on an as-need-be basis
• Software & hardware Documentation: To make sure all company computer system are documented and update with the latest info. Information such as Software Hardware inventory and other system support information must be kept precisely.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Good working knowledge in Windows XP/Windows 7/ 2003/2008.
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• At least 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in network infrastructure and security administration for WAN/ LAN, VPN, Router, Firewall, Windows server.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English.
• Willing to learn and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong sense of responsibility, committed and able to take pressure.
• Good interpersonal & communications skills.
• Ability to prioritize work tasks and dealing with multiple assignments with little supervision.
