Description :
The Creative Web Designer is responsible for the layout, visual appearance, developing GUIs, and usability of major and minor websites. Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis. Best practices and design methods will be utilized to insure the success of the designs. He or she will be required to have experience in graphics, layouts, slicing PSD’s involving creativity, encoding and the graphics into HTML + CSS format.

Interest and experience in video games will be valuable and also experience in best development practices will be important.

This position is open for both LOCAL and FOREIGN nationality candidates.

Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas:
- Operates effectively as a member of the development team.
- Also operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes.
- Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
- Responsible for the design of web pages, graphics, GUIs.
- Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
- Demonstrates creative and out of the box skills.
- Testing and fixing design error on the site by making use of different browsers and different resolutions 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required skill(s):
> Solid understanding of Web Design techniques
> Solid understanding of navigation and GUI for maximizing usability.
> Proficient in hand-coding: HTML, XHTML, CSS
> Proficient in graphics creation with Adobe Creation Suite.
> Ability to diagnose and fix browser compatibility issues
> Experienced in developing banner ads, e-mail campaigns and web sites.
> Ability to effectively manage time and schedules
> Must be detail oriented
> Strong foundation in color selection concept in design.
> Excellent communication skills
- Candidates with a passion in video games is an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English
- Optional language: Arabic
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
