Description :: - Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to the sales team primarily on application performance management (APM) solution
- Responsible for delivering product demonstrations to customers and in marketing events
- Work closely with technical customers (business analysts, application consultants or managers) on proof of values (POVs) in customers' environment to show APM solution's value in reducing cost and improving productivity
- Work with vendor's presales and support team to resolve technical issues
Requirements :: - Excellent presentation and communication skills
- 2-3 years’ experience working with at least one of the following languages: Java, .NET, PHP, JavaScript
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience and competence working at OS command lines including Unix, Linux and Window command prompts.
- Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows shell scripting / Cloud and Big Data technologies
- Knowledge of basic networking components and concepts. Ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues that may prevent communication between hosts
- Experience with common .NET / Java web application architecture frameworks, distribution mechanisms.
- Experience with web servers and common relational databases used in today’s application architectures. Ability to understand SQL.
- Passionate about technical sales and working with customers
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a high emotional IQ
- Ability to work on multiple opportunities & POCs concurrently
