- • Work with users to evaluate, streamline and improve current systems, processes and work flow, Researching and examining current systems and provide advise and solution to the users.
• Analyse and resolve operating systems and applications issues on various systems.
• Gather users' requirements and translate users requirements into system design.
• Troubleshooting issues raised by users and providing resolution.

- • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as programmer/ system analyst or web developer is required for this position.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing technologies.
