Description :: - Managing IT Managed Services business domains: Information Technology Services (ITS) Business Development Team;
- Need to achieve consistent growth and expansion of market share for all teams;
Setting sales targets and ensure sales objectives are met;
- Manage and develop staff welfare and career development;
- Need to achieve monthly / quarterly & annual sales targets and KPI target;
- Review and manage the IT Solutions business case (including pricing & support special request)
- Identify, build and enhance client relationships to maximize relationship building thereby generating sales opportunities in new and existing markets;
- Participating actively in trade fairs, organization, business or membership in trade organizations or institutions to develop solutions and opportunities Ricoh IT Services;
- Need to provide monthly reports on sales performance, challenges, new initiatives and any outstanding issues with the team to the Head of Department;
- Bertaggungjawab plan and conceptualize all marketing efforts in collaboration with the IT Services Marketing Ricoh & other business entities in the RSP;
- Need to evaluate and adopt new IT solutions and Business Computer Sales Ricoh domain to support the Army in providing value added or the solution to bring the initiative to our customers;
Requirements :: - Candidates must have a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Business Administration;
Professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CCSA, MCP, CDIA +, ITILv3;
- 3 years experience in sales and marketing;
- Ability to develop new business development and able to lead the sales team to achieve business goals and objectives in the field of business solutions, customer support and information technology services;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
