- Provide installation, configuration, testing, post implementation technical support and maintenance for server/PC/Thin-client hardware, software application and network equipment. Troubleshoot, identify and resolve customer IT problems and performance issues. Work closely with partners, vendors, principals, contractors and customers on projects for escalation and reporting. Meet Customer Service Productivity, Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction targets.
- Requirements :
- - Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years and above of working experience. (4-5years and above to be considered for SENIOR POST).
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and/or Linux operating systems.
- Either MCITP/ MCSE 2003/MCP/MCT/RHCE/CompTIA Server+/CCNA Certifications will be advantageous.
- Must have sound PC/Server/Network hardware knowledge.
- Knowledge of HP/IBM/NETAPP/MS AD/MS Exchange/ Citrix/VMware/Symantec/CA Backup/Cisco Networking and Security Solutions would be advantageous .
- Experience in service copier machine
- Willing to work overtime and be on 24x7 standby duties.
