Description :: - To provide trouble shooting and help desk support to end users.
- Oversee all MIS activities.
- Implementation, maintaining and upgrading of computer software and hardware.
- Developing appropriate procedures and issuing instructions for the prevention, detection and removal of unauthorized software.
- Manage LAN infrastructure.
- To create and maintain user account-windows login and email account.
- To maintain and keep track of hardware or software inventory, movement and disposal.
- Ensure all IT policies and standard operations are enforced.
Requirements :: - Qualification: Degree in Information technology or Computer Science
- Able to set up and maintain the server.
- Knowledge in SQL/ language.
- Knowledge in CITRIX software/ ERP & HR 2000.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Access.
- Knowledge and experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting networking, LAN, internet, TCP/IP.
- Able to perform and work independently with minimum supervision. (Stand alone position).
