Job Description

•To provide single point of contract for customers.

•To facilitate the restoration of normal operational service with minimal business impact on the customer within the agreed service levels and business priorities.

•To provide troubleshooting and resolution for standard and non-standard PC, hardware, software, printers, network and server.

•Manage and co-coordinate high priority incident according to the Incident Management Process.

•End to end follow up on incidents / request to ensure proper closure and confirmation with the customer
 
Requirements :
•Candidate must process at least a diploma or degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

•Has at least 1 year experience in Helpdesk Operations, with proven track record of work experience in a challenging commercial environment.

•Must be team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•Process excellent problem solving skills, mature and with the ability to influence and inspire on own initiative.

•Experience in financial services would be an advantage
