• Reinforce discipline, IT policies, procedures and good working practices in carrying out IT tasks
• Maintain complete and up-to-date of system documentation.
• Enforce IT helpdesk in handling corrective maintenance, supervise and review the day to day system support activities
• Comply with SLA and Security Policy for the group of companies.
• Review System Installation, Upgrade, Security patches and propose area of improvement to superior.
• Ensure company premises and properties are safeguard against unauthorized access or illegal intrusion via CCTV surveillance system, door access and alarm system.
• Upkeep IT system or hardware via IT standard operating procedure, Preventive maintenance & maintenance contract renewal.
• Ensure technology systems and infrastructures are secure and compliant with company policies
• Enforce all IT Hardware/Software Request Form to strengthen Data Security and System development.
• Reinforce discipline, IT policies, procedures and good working practices in carrying out IT tasks
• Comply with SLA and Security Policy for the group of companies.
• Ensure company premises and properties are safeguard against unauthorized access or illegal intrusion via CCTV surveillance system, door access and alarm system.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements :: • At least Diploma level
• At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Possess hands-on experience in networking troubleshoot, firewall, hardware, software and server
• Ability to identify and distinguish between hardware, software and network problems.
• Possess strong prioritising skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure
• Independent and team player
• Able to work with multi-tasks
