Description :: Responsibility:
Desktop support analyst to work with their head office
Providing support for telephone or remote control applications, typically Cisco Web-Ex, VNC and RDP
Knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, DNS and Ethernet. knowledge in Active Directory and Exchange
Providing support in installation of machines and on-site end-user support
Troubleshoot problems and perform maintenance to hardware/software including mobile/video communication equipment
Monitoring system data backups and responsible for data restore
Requirements :: Requirement:
Proficient in PC hardware, Windows XP and Windows 7
Knowledge in Networking and Lotus Notes
Minimum 2 years experience
Excellent customer service skills
With 24/7 mindset
Singaporean / Singaporean PR preferred
