Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
•Self-driven to plan, strategize and execute all sales activities to achieve agreed sales target
•Develop new potentials and create business opportunities for new markets
•Maintain good service level and rapport with existing clients
•Ability to cross sell and up sell available products
•Monitor Sales Performance, Competitors’ activities and AR collection
•Develop marketing plan to expand networks for maximum coverage
•Ability to acquire the products knowledge through products training and develop relevant knowledge techniques and skills to realize Sales
•Be a product champion for principle assigned by Sales Director
•Prepare monthly sales activities report to Sales Director
Requirements:
•Diploma or higher in Business/Marketing/IT/Engineering
•Interest in IT Hardware and Software Sales
•Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in related field
•Self-motivated, ability to work independently and also a strong team player
•Good presentation and communication skills
•Selling/Channel experience in accounting software products
•Experience in channel sakes will be an advantage

IT SUPPORT :
Responsibilities:
1.To provide technical support by telephone and email requests from users for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals.
2.To log support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries.
3.To contribute to ensuring that the HelpDesk systems and software are kept up to date and messages are passed on and feedback received promptly.
4.To install and configure POS software to agreed standards under the direction of the Team Leader.
5.To maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to standards determined by the Team Leader, by performing upgrades, new installations and carrying out routine procedures.
6.To assist in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and software.
Job Scope:Register POS User Account ,User guide,POS Training ,POS Setup ,New Outlets, POS Licensing , POS Support , POS Backup .

Requirements:
1.A degree / diploma in a computing / information technology or equivalent
2.Experience of working in applications support. (Fresh graduates are encourage to apply)
3.Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) installation and support
4.Knowledge of SQL database and quires.
5.Able to support windows based operating system.
6.Basic knowledge of Networking and Internet (LAN/WAN and VPN)
7.Programming skills in .NET, JSP and PHP is an added advantage.
8.Good spoken English and email writing skills is essential.
9.Able to work with external consultants and senior managements.
