Description :: -Providing front-end support to all user of the company when requires.
-Responsible in assisting other department/faculty in evaluating the purchase of the software and hardware or any -ICT related equipment and peripherals.
-Responsible in providing the Management with constant technological updates and releases that may complement company’s business plan and strategies.
-Responsible in ensuring the legitimate usage of all the software in the company and that no “pirate software” are being used or installed in personal computers, laptops and other form of computing devices owned by company all the times.
-Responsible in ensuring high level of network security is in place to prevent any unwise and unauthorized internal and external intrusion/
-Responsible in preparing, monitoring and controlling monthly departmental/faculty budget, costing and expenses.
-Prepare and provide any daily, weekly, monthly and annual report on the development and project status of the department/faculty.
-Responsible in enforcing IT policies, procedures or guidelines.
-Responsible in assisting the head of department/faculty to draw and carry out a clear schedule of ICT housekeeping and maintenance works to be carried out annually.
-Responsible in the development, maintenance and constant update of the corporate website.
Requirements :: -Candidates must possess a Diploma/Degree preferably in Computer Science/Information technology or related discipline.
-At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Knowledge in MS windows servers, MS office and security appliances.
-Able to work in a challenging and vibrant environment.
-Must be mature, trustworthy, dedicated, with high degree of initiatives, result oriented and self-motivated.
-Able to travel when required.
