Description :: -Work with the team to develop end-user manuals, online documentation, workflows and how-to documents for our suite of products
-Writing and updating end-user manual topics
-Writing how-to and workflow documents to assist end-users use the products
-Integrating content from other a team members who knows the products well, but are not experienced technical writers
-Assimilating feedback from the software support team for future revisions
-Implementing procedures to ensure that documentation remains up to date
-Working with graphic artist and marketing to produce a polished final product
-Other duties as they may arise
Requirements :: -Experience writing technical documentation, specifically end-user manuals
-Experience designing the overall structure of a user manual in a logical way
-Fluent in idiomatic, technical English
-Extremely organised, with very careful attention to detail
-Ability to manage a small team of assistants
-Ability to complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
-Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
-Malaysian citizenship or permanent residency
