Description :: - Install, configure and maintain network services, equipment and devices.
- Support administration of servers and computing infrastructure.
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
- Manage user accounts, permisions, emails, anti-virus, anti-spam.
- Setup new computers.
- Responsible for the end-to-end hardware and software lifecycle management.
- Manage all operational issues in the IT department
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or Technical Support.
- Strong troubleshoot and knowledge in Network switches, Routers, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS.
