• Provide 1st level technical support and solution
• Responsible for providing technical consulting and support to our customers by email and phone.
• Resolve helpdesk / desktop support issues
• Responsible for handling phone-in customer issues.
• Handle internal system support calls within the SLA's defined and as assigned by the managers and/or team leads.
• Interact with users via telephone, e-mail to provide IT technical or non-technical support and to solve problems.
• Provide resolution of all incidents and problems.
• Maintain all process documentations and support continuous improvement for the process and content of the system.
• Escalate unresolved calls to appropriate support specialist or service group
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Degree in Computer •Science/Information Technology, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
•Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
•Candidate with Customer Service/Helpdesk experience are also encourage to apply.
•Mature with pleasant personality and able to interact with people.
•Good telephone manners
•Excellent organizational skills.
•Good written and verbal communication skills (English) any other languages are an additional advantage
•Excellent follow-up skills.
•Self-motivated, can work independently and maintain a positive attitude
Must possess own transport.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment and a fast learner
