Description :: 1. To provide excellent front liner support to desktop users to achieve maxmum customer satisfaction within the specified SLAs.
2. Responsible for providing technical consulting and support to our customers by email and phone.
3. Resolve helpdesk / desktop support issues
4. Handle internal system support calls within the SLA's defined and as assigned by the managers and/or team leads.
5. Interact with users via telephone, e-mail to provide IT technical or non-technical support and to solve problems.
6. Provide resolution of all incidents and problems.

Escalate unresolved calls to appropriate support specialist or service group
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
2. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
3. Mature with pleasant personality and able to interact with people.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
6. Excellent follow-up skills.
7. Self-motivated, can work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
8. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and a fast learner
9. Willing to work in Cyberjaya (Note: Transport is provided)
10. Willing to work on rotation shift (24/7)
