- • To provide user and systems support;
• To support, maintain and troubleshoot PC, Servers to ensure server availability and system performance at its optimum level;
• To detect and analyse LAN, WAN and servers capacities for continual improvement;
• To setup and maintain LAN and WAN network devices and security to improve performance;
• Provide 2nd level planning, coordination and administration of all the IT system.
• To identify, evaluate and control potential IT risks and impacts;
• To develop operating procedures for processes;
• To handle IT incident investigation and implement corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
• To plan and computerize existing manual business processes;
• To plan and test DRP periodically;
• To evaluate vendors solutions and products; - Requirements :
- • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Strong technical background in Microsoft AD, wide area network, local area network and security infrastructure;
• Minimum 5 years of technical server and network experiences. - Lowest Qualification :
