Description :: · Ensure IT Infrastructure and systems are properly and regularly maintained
· Lead and support IT implementation of new project/system and conduct IT training when required
· Provide technical support for hardware (printers, desktop, laptop, drivers, monitors, cabling, network system etc.)
· Troubleshooting and programming on ERP/MES system
· Manage daily backup jobs and performing periodical restoration jobs
· Update and maintain the IP Networking setting
· Develop and ensure that IT policies and procedures are followed and comply with company’s policies and standards
· Review and maintain knowledge on all newly purchased and existing supported desktop/laptop software, hardware and systems
Requirements :: · Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
· Good technical knowledge in networking concepts
· Knowledge in common protocols like HTTP, FTP, IPX, etc
· Able to provide system administration and maintenance support for Microsoft Operating Systems, MS office 2000/XP/Vista/Windows, installation and operating
· Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good team player with strong analytical, communication and troubleshooting skills
· Independent, pro-active and resourceful work attitude
· Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
· Experience inf MRP, ERP & MES system development/administration will be an added advantage
