Description ::  Producing high quality UI/UX design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams,
storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
 Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure all designs meet client and user
requirements.
 Analyze all research and feedback to gain user insight – and incorporate this feedback into
new designs.
 Conceptualize, visualize and deliver user interface designs and visual assets, working in
highly collaborative and agile teams across different countries
 Perform A/B or multi-variant testing to optimize effectiveness of experiences, and reduce
confusion and leakage in journey.
 Check quality of final design in UAT and Production environments.
 Working with the product, marketing and development teams internally, putting forward
innovative ideas, and continuously optimizing the user experience of the product to ensure
the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the user.
 Maintain a user-centric approach in design perspective and practice.
 Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
 Be an advocate for user experience within the whole organization by sharing findings and
making results visible.
 Additional task that maybe requested by direct superior.
Requirements ::  Degree or Diploma in UX/UI, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology,
Business, Communications, or creative design related disciplines.
 Prioritize candidates who can speak and read Japanese and/or Korean language.
 Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in designing a range of digital products (apps,
websites, and software) across platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop), ideally for large
audiences or similar role with proven track records.
 Skills in front end development/web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS,
JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design will be an added advantage.
 Understanding of native mobile app development.
 Expertise in user-centered design, in-depth knowledge and experience within a relevant
design discipline (Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Product Design).
 A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
 Proficiency in graphic design software including industry standard design tools (e.g. Adobe
Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc. with an interest in exploring new tools and
processes)
 Familiar with iOS/Android design specifications.
 Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
