1. Develop, maintain, evaluate, implement and enforce policies and procedures in line with the business
requirements and national/international legislative changes
2. Ensure IT services are well aligning with records and information management guidelines
3. Oversee both internal and external audits in relation to the IT governance and compliance
4. Assist with third-party IT vulnerability assessments
5. Work with IT personnel to ensure awareness and alignment of IT processes towards best practice
compliance obligation
6. Ensure appropriate controls are in place to enforce confidentiality, privacy, and security obligations for data
privacy and protection
Requirements :: QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimal Degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science
2. Relevant certification regarding Information Management and IT Governance

PREFERRED SKILLS
1. Extensive information security experience across various security domains (preferably bank sector)
2. Ability to stay current with intrusion detection systems, hacker techniques, phishing schemes, emerging
logical security threats, and compromised server techniques
3. Solid understanding of data handling best-practices and information management and governance
4. Proven ability to identify and assess complex risks and understand the mechanisms (people, process,
technology) available to manage those risks
5. Experience in working with technical people responsible for implementing security technology
6. Understand compliance, legal and ethical obligations organizations should have with respect to logical and
physical security, personally identifiable information and data protection
