- • Generate new customers through market research on product requirement and demand.
• Recommends sales forecasts, performance goals, and comprehensive sales reports.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
• In charge of walk in clients and presenting them our products with full knowledge and explanations
• Technical support in integrating customer’s lifestyle through Lifesmart app by creating A.I template (training will be provided)
• Following up with potential and existing client to help them with their doubts and obtaining more sales by upselling
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks benchmarking state-of-the-art practices participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Responsible for preparing quotation, correspondence with customer via email/ phone, order confirmation, laisse with production to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers
• Participating in trade exhibitions and events.
• There would also be outstation allowance provided
• Applicants needs have their own transport - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/A LEVEL qualifications.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s) proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
• Good time management skills, ability to multi-task and positive attitude.
