Description :: - Enforce the corporate approval framework and associated policies
- Ensure forward deal momentum as well as troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve any issues
- Review and research customer requests for assignment
- Perform business requirement studies with clients and analyze clients' business requirements and problems.
- Conduct site survey and site visit to collect information and facts to help in solution design.
- Understand clients' IT infrastructure and IT operating environment.
- Understand and manage client's expectation
- Provide technical support for the physical and virtual server environment and associated applications
- Interface with business users and stakeholders to determine needs.
- Timely management of tender activities
- Obtaining feedback from customers when tenders are unsuccessful in order to improve in future
- Give guidance with business and marketing development
- Provide insight and analyses of forthcoming opportunities
- Review business terms language in non-standard terms for compliance with corporate policies
Requirements :: - Possess Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years' of related working experience.
- Experience on VMWare vSphere platform / Hyper-V.
- Powershell experience is a plus.
