Description :
• Administrative roles such as daily reports, collating data, and maintaining team's schedule.
• Manage inventory control and logistic duties such as receiving and packing.
• To support both Sales and Logistic team.
• Order Processing which include handle calls & order taking daily, sales order submission, packing of orders & arrange deliveries.
• Inventory Control (Physical PPCs & merchandise) + Epins which receiving of goods, controls the movement of goods, maintaining record of movement & monthly stock check.
• To submit report to finance.
• Consolidate reports; Daily sales report, monthly sales report, stock movement report, monthly stock check report, commission report for MDs, POSM distribution report.
• Update records, data and status as café support and customer service
• Prepare report to Channel sales manager
• To support Singapore Functions as in Pick up sales calls daily and records the orders, prepare sales order via quickbook and liaise with Singapore logistics on daily stock movement flow.
• To perform any ad hoc task as per superior request 
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Advance or equivalent
• Good communication skills (written & spoken English,Chinese)
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
• Able to work independently, pro-active & result oriented.
• Female preferred, pleasant personality & computer literate.
• Full-Time positions available
