Description :: 1. Take ownership of issues to see them through to resolution
2. Working in shift may required
3. Experienced in tape management and troubleshooting
4. Day to day operational support of backup environment: Veeam, NetBackup, HPEDP, Acronis
5. Monitor backup jobs, execute restore jobs, troubleshoot failed job, and initiate corrective action.
6. Monitor ticket queue, log ticket to services desk for failed job, identify and resolve production issues
Requirements :: 1. Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and or Mandarin
3. Min 3 years working experience
4. Strong working knowledge of Windows, VMWare, UNIX, LINUX, and familiarity with SQL, DB2, Oracle databases, and SAN and NAS storages
