Description :: - Oversee preparation Bill of Quantities and cost estimates for civil & structure project, variation cost for civil & structure projects
- Final decision of project accounts.
- Oversee the sourcing for contractors / suppliers, Liasing of clients and consultant on all aspects of tender.
- Ensure for timely preparation of Management Accounting Report on monthly basis, Annual Financial Report for audit, and preparation of financial budgeting & forecasting.
- Ensure smoothness of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations and communication.
- Managing efficiency of all payroll, processing and related statutory payment function.
- Ensuring compliance of group policies and rules.
- Oversee full spectrum of Administrative functions for the group including ensuring efficiency management of all branches.
- Oversee training ,yearly function for company. Manage performance appraisal system.
- Well verse of Employment Act. SO 9001:2015 knowledge required. In charged of all Coordination and all general administration office work
Requirements :: - Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information System, or Information Technology and Business or any relevant studies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related industry.
- Experienced in vendor and contract management. Experience in managing Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.
- A keen interest in new technologies and a strong desire to adopt technologies to improve organization effectiveness and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with good communication skills.
- A team player and ability to work independently.
