Description :: • Provide first level support for all IT¬-related software, hardware
• Manage IT properties and assets, including software licenses, media and hardware
• Perform system housekeeping, included server backup and recovery.
• Manage user/email account, and shared folders
• Ensure and enforce company IT policy
• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of software and hardware
• Network, server administration and maintenance
• Involve in procurement, setting up and testing of IT equipment
• Perform system/data backup, and recovery
• Manage and maintenance IT properties
• Provide first level technical support to company end users.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent professional IT qualification.
• At least 1¬-2 year(s) of working experience in IT support / manufacturing.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Good command of English and computer literate
• Able to carry out duties with minimal supervision
• A team player with good communication skills
• Willing to learn new technology
• Good initiative and time management
