Description :: • Responsible for the implementation and continual maintenance of company’s IT infrastructure as well as networking
• Maintain all IT related inventory , software licensing control
• Maintain or prepare IT handbook , system manuals, workflow/procedures processes and guidelines.
• Perform daily IT operational support ,network ,system administration and backup of IT System
• Perform system and other application maintenance that includes installation ,configuration , upgrading ,troubleshooting and monitoring to ensure smooth running of the operation ,This include computer ,printer and other IT related equipment .
• To assist or perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
• Internet and telephone application and termination ,ensure all connections are good
• User ID or email maintenance, This also includes store user ID, network ID and email address.
• To assist in stock takes yearly in warehouse & data collection preparation
• To ensure timely submission of document /report to management and other department as appropriate.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in computer science/information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of working experience in the related fied is required for this position
• Required skill(s) Hardware & software
• Meticulous and Analytical
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/computer network/system/database admin Or equivalent
• Languages required English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
