Description :: - Responsible for overall IT activities such as administration and maintenance of server, system support on application system, security system company website, company email, network connectivity, hardware, software, etc.
- Develops and implement IT policies, procedures and IT administrative system.
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
- Conduct user training on company application system.
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Budget preparation, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
- Supervises and monitors information technology staff.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirements :: - Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunication/Network Communication or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferable in property industry.
- Good command of English & Chinese (spoken & written) is required.
- Good leadership, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently under pressure within tight schedule
