- Provide premium support via interaction tools such as Web portal and IP Phone through troubleshooting or liaise with Resolver group to resolve user’s issue/ request.

Requirements :
1) Knowledge and Skills:
Position 1 - Fluent in both written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
Position 2 - Fluent in both written and verbal communication in English and Japanese.

- Experience in customer facing role, remote support, telephone, or similar.
- Problem solving skills.
