- -Plan, design and implement robust security architectures for the project.
-Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security policy and procedure, security design and implementation, and incident response and mitigation.
-Design and Develop security for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, firewalls, and related network
devices
-Develop and implement security hardening for various system and services for the project.
-Design and implement public key infrastructures (PKIs), including use of certification authorities (CAs) and digital signatures
-Design and implement Active Directory and Group policy.
-Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and
requirements; research information security standards; and conduct system security risk assessments
-Act in an advisory role in secure application design, application development and Application acquisition to assess security requirements and controls and to ensure
that security controls are implemented as planned
-Perform internal security vulnerability testing (Infrastructure and apps), risk analyses and security assessments
-Provide technical supervision for (and guidance to) a security team
-Develops, implements, documents, and maintains security policies, practices and procedures.
-Ensures that security architecture and design, plans, controls, standards, and policy/procedures conform to industry best-practices and are aligned with the client’s
operational standards.
-Respond immediately to security-related incidents and provide a thorough post-event analysis
-Provide mentoring and technical leadership to the
-Information Security and other technology teams
-Create and maintain security architecture guidance and standards to be used by other architects, engineers, analysts and administrators
-Document security architecture and advise technology and risk teams on security best practices
-Participates in vulnerability assessment activities
-Remediate complex security issues
-Participate in security compliance audits as needed
-Implement ISO 27001 as part of project implementation
-Participate in IT security audit activities both internal and external, ensuring compliance to ISO 27001 Standards.
- Requirements :
- -Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or related area.
-One or more Security certifications (i.e. CISSP, CCSP, CISM) or equivalent education
-5+ years of experience architecting solutions with a concentrated focus on security,
-3+ years’ experience with commercial and open source security applications and technologies
-Active Directory
-Advanced Endpoint Security (i.e. Carbon Black, Crowdstrike, etc)
-Signature-based antivirus (i.e endpoint, server, storage)
SIEM (i.e. Splunk, LogRhythm)
-Firewall (i.e. Cisco ASA, Checkpoint)
-IPS/IDS (Cisco, HP)
-Threat Intel Platform (Anomali)
-Vulnerability Management (Rapid7 Nexpose/Metasploit)
-Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
-Demonstrated knowledge of network security, mobile security, and infrastructure security, including Windows, Unix/Linux.
-Knowledge of application security including API security including confidentiality, integrity, authentication, and authorization.
-Experience in design and implementing Security Operation Centre (SOC)
-10+ years in IT Infrastructure.
-Architecture leadership experience.
-Experience in developing full-stack and reference architecture designs for security infrastructure.
-Ability to translate the business and application needs into solution architecture requirements and design.
-Appreciation of risk management, change management, and configuration management.
-Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering the project requirement/services.
-Participate in the development of governance processes to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization's resources
are used responsibly for the infrastructure landscape.
