- -Provide post sale contract management advice as required, such as contract interpretation and dispute resolution support. Participate in the negotiation of new and
revised contract terms as well as developing contract changes for clients and for company that reflect the parameters and criteria set by Law Department, Business
-Units and public listed company functions. Ensuring deal integrity and appropriate risk management practices.
-Work closely with Document Controller to update the inventory on all legal documents and correspondences.
-Monitor new and changes in relevant law and regulations and assess impacts and implement appropriate actions for compliances
-Provide assistance to Head, Legal in the review, drafting and negotiating a range of general commercial agreements especially in relation to integrated ICT services
solutions including Partner /Sales Agreements; IT/Software Development Agreements; Service Agreements; agreements with Suppliers (local or foreign), Marketing
Agreements; Statement of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Change Orders - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Law or equivalent.

-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): contract drafting, contract management, negotiation, commercial law
documentation, drafting agreement, tender documentation, service agreement
-Have worked in an IT company or environment
-Assist in managing contracts monitoring and tender documentation
-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
