- - Responsible for daily operation hardware, network and operating system troubleshooting problem.
- Responsible for support users on networking, hardware and software setup, installation and application issues and configuration.
- To set up new user for net-working server FTP, email setting and training.
- Responsible for window and office licenses.
- Support on networking environment.
- Printer/scanner analysis and troubleshoot
- Support on MES machine software & hardware monitoring, analysis, setup and installation.
- Carry out any tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
- To carry out assignment according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949, ISO 13485, OHSAS 18001 & GP requirement.
- Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulation act as such standards. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skill.
