- - Perfom system and network adminsitration, setup, installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, maintenance etc.
- Monitor system and network performance and make recommendations to implement measures for improvements as needed
- Monitor system and network security status and ensure compliance of IT security policy and standards
- Schedule, coordinate and ensure daily, weekly and monthly IT operation, administration and security tasks are carried out in accordance to the planned schedule
- Maintain an up-to-date reocird of IT inventory that include servers, network equipment, printers, etc and maintain a full documentation of all systems and networks
- Liaising with vendors in identifying, resolving and escalating system and network problems and ensure the service commitments are met
- Requirements :
- - Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in system and network administration, security, support and maintenance
- Preferably possess 2-3 years working in Lotus Domino and Notes mail system
- Hands-on experience with strong knowledge in system and network security, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, SQL Server, wireless network, firewall, switches etc.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and has the sense of urgency in responding to system problems and service commitments - Lowest Qualification :
