Description :: - Involvement in various aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation and support.
- Develop and maintain systems to support or simplified business process.
- Perform testing on new services, software releases and software upgrades.
- Work with superior to fully understand software requirements, deliverables and timelines.
- Contact software vendor to solve system issues and update status to superior.
- Participate in the stock take and sales event whenever required.
- Provide support (Remotely/On site) when necessary.
- Participate in the weekly meeting and update problem, improvement plan or updates to superior.
- Create training material and constantly update the training material if necessary.
- Provide training on new system, software upgrades and new functions when necessary.
- Meeting with user to understand user and requirements and propose solution to solve user problems.
- Properly document activities such as project, support and training.
- Log all issue in the application support log and ensure that all user request are completed soonest possible.
- Provide Full support in KPI task and help department to achieved team KPI.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree, in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably bilingual in English & Chinese as product description in Chinese.
- At least 23 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- ERP system experience
- SQL & VB knowledge
- Experience in working with relational database management system such as SQL Server, MySQL or any other platform.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kempas Lama.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT or equivalent.
