Description :: - To provide day to day IT/end user technical support.
- To cultivate customer relationships by identifying customer needs and concerns.
- To perform PC/printer/server/hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
- To provide accurate and timely application and technical supports of all products and services offered by the Company.
- Communicate directly with customers either by phone, email or on-site, to investigate and provide problem resolution.
- Logging every issue reported by customers and create corresponding trouble / issues ticket in IT Service Management system.
- Consistently follow-up on the outstanding issues and update the progress of trouble / issues ticket.
- Repair and recover from IT hardware and software failures.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to perform technical troubleshooting, quicker issue resolution to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): PC Desktop and Laptop, Printer troubleshooting.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- Able to work on shift required
- 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
- Preferable to start work immediately.
