- - Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendation to the proposed solutions;
- Provide training to the business users on the new system;
- Work collaboratively with the business user and IT colleagues to analyze and document business requirements, SAP configuration, and propose solutions;
- Any other duties as directed by Management from time to time.
- Troubleshoot and provide Root Cause Analysis and solutions report on issue;
- To prepare detail test plans, coordinate, perform and lead user acceptance testing with business users;
- To provide quality and production support to users;
- To escalate issues to higher level support and to follow up and to close issues according to given deadline; - Requirements :
- - Candidate must a least possess Degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in SAP environment for retail system;
- Proficient in the following will be added advantage: Oracle PL/SQL, DB2, SQL skills, data modeling and architecture;
- Willing to travel whenever required.
- Excellent business communication, writing and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to demonstrate evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business process;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self motivated; - Lowest Qualification :
