- Work closely with clients to install, configure and support Windows, Exchange, Office356 and other Microsoft Cloud based technology.
- Collect and document infrastructure requirements, coordinate communication, implementation and verifying deployment.
- Designing of solution and deployment plan to meet customer requirements.
- Must be able to present solution and defend proposed solution/deployment plan.
- Responsible project plans and schedules, including requirements, tasks, work assignments, resources, milestones, and reporting of project status.
- Responsible for meeting project schedules and coordinate implementation.
- Conducting User Acceptance Test and training or briefing based on implementation.
Requirements :: minimum diploma in any disciplined field
