Description :: -Prepare program, tooling when received the drawing from production Supervisor.
-Prepare fixtures and jig which is required to setup the machine for particular parts.
-Setup machine and troubleshooting problem.
-Operate machine when necessary.
-Record program and document the process and fixtures for future use.
Requirements :: -Min 5 years experience
-Need to familiar with CAD/CAM software
-Need to program and setup CNC milling machine.
-Have knowledge about tooling.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
