Description :: - Fix issues reported at the customer site as well as in manufacturing
- Develop and test new software based on high level requirements from the customer
- Write requirements and test plans
- Do software unit testing on PC and/or handler equipment
- Collaborate with Headquarters in USA for technical issues which require escalation
- Follow software development process
- Go to customer sites to contain critical field issues
- Communicate with customer on software issues as necessary
- Remotely investigate issues reported by the customer and provide containment
- Investigate issues reported by manufacturing and provide containment
Requirements :: -Degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent skills with minimum 5 years or experience in quality management system.
-Certifications or specialized training in Quality and/or Organizational Excellence a plus
- Capable to lead and drive the cross functional team in processes improvement from local and Business Unit.
- Able to manage high amount of data in a fast pace and multicultural and cross functional working environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated leader, change agent, influencer, coach and team builder.
-Prefer hands-on experience implementing Quality initiatives in manufacturing, field service, and transactional areas.
- Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation and collaboration skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
- Fluent written and spoken English language
