- •Coordinate and support on-going system enhancement and upgrade
•To administer and maintain computer hardware
•To provide technical support for computer hardware (desktop, laptop, computer, scanner, printer, server, firewall and network switch) and software in setup, configuration, installation and maintenance
•To support and maintain ERP system
•General IT administration tasks involving IT asset register, documentation and etc
•Able to support any IT related equipment and instrument
- Requirements :
- •Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•2 years of working experience in IT fields.
•Experience in support and maintain ERP system would be an added advantage.
•Possess work experience in manufacturing environment
•Sound knowledge and experience in Windows Operating Systems (i.e. Windows Server 2003 and XP) and Active Directory
•Well verse in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
•PC troubleshooting and networking knowledge is essential
•Proactive working attitude and result-oriented team player
