- 1. Serves as Team Lead for troubleshooting, system backups, archiving and disaster recovery done by more junior.
2. Performs complex troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and disaster recovery.
3. Assists in the design, implementation and maintenance of systems, programs, hardware and software. Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints
4. Establishes and maintains network performance by building net configurations and connections; troubleshooting network problems
5. Experience working with client on business and technology.
6. The ability to work under pressure, self¬motivated, eager to learn and willing to take direction.
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any Computing discipline or sufficient work experience in the ICT field Required skill(s): Cisco Routers, LAN, MS Exchange, WAN and Virtualization
2. Profesional certificate such MCSE, LPI, RHCE, CCNA is an advantage.
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
4. At least 2 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
