Description :: • Work and interact with a wide variety of NI staff in R&D software and hardware organizations, as well as employees from other business groups, both in Austin, Texas and in Debrecen, Hungary.
• Assists in the design, documentation, assembly and deployment of automated test solutions for the manufacture of computer-based instruments.
• Work under the supervision of Test Engineers to perform research as required to specify automated test system instrumentation and components used in the development or enhancement automated test solutions.
• Interface with the R&D and Production Departments regarding test issues and system development
• Integrates hardware and software to fully support manufacturing test for existing and new products using both traditional and computer-based instruments.
Requirements :: • Pursuing Diploma with major in Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Control Systems, or its equivalent
• Technical proficiency with analog and digital electronic/electrical principles.
• Must be able to function in a highly relationship-based global environment.
• Must be hands-on and resourceful, possess a strong work ethic, and be attentive to current and future customer requirements, both internal and external. The individual must have the intellect and team skills to work among capable, results-oriented peers.
• Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of programming in at least one of the following: LabVIEW, LabWindows,
• TestStand, C/C++/C# or equivalent.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and / or Schematic Capture Programs
• Knowledge in PCB design and layout
• Demonstrated capabilities in the development of comprehensive project plans that include all tasks, stage /gate milestones, and reviews necessary to successfully develop and implement a manufacturing test solutions
