Description :: - Participates in the implementation, maintenance and support for networking and infrastructure of Online software/application.
- Participates in group discussion on matters/projects related to Online system/application enhancement, support and maintenance of infrastructure.
- Participates in evaluating and reviewing of existing networking and infrastructure of Online system/applications from time to time, or as when require,
to identify areas for improvements, including recommending for new system infrastructure and implementation if necessary.
- Maintain, develops and updates all MIS department related documents; including IT procedure. To assure any related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
- Support on CCTV system & setting
- Handle HQ, branches and stockiest daily IT support and enquirers related to IT hardware, software and network issue
- Any other tasks as per instructed by immediate superior.
Requirements :: - Possess Diploma/Degree/Master Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- With minimum of at least 3 year experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience and proficient with set up, maintain, and troubleshoot for Networking, PC and MS Server.
- Good knowledge on networking security and prevention.
- With 2 years of related experience in technical support
- Must able to – set up and organize PC, set up email, configure router, troubleshoot network/printer/computer
- Need a person with good knowledge in hardware
